Before & Afters

Exterior Transformation: Some renovations mean a little more. ❤️ This home was built by our client’s grandfather and eventually passed down to him, so our goal was to give it a fresh, modern exterior and welcoming new front porch without losing the history that made it home in the first place.

A green house with a garage and a wooden fence in front of it.

A fresh start after the unexpected. After extensive fire damage, this home needed much more than a cosmetic remodel. We purchased this home and handled the process of bringing the home back to code, completely reimagined the interior layout, and rebuilt it with a fresh, modern design—ultimately giving the home a new beginning and the perfect family a place to call their own.

From screened-in porch to year-round living space! Our clients already loved spending time on their porch, but they wanted a space they could enjoy no matter the season. We transformed it into a comfortable four-season sunroom—complete with a doggy door so even the four-legged family members can enjoy it! 🐾

Outdated to updated—and built to feel fresh again. This kitchen was ready for more than a facelift, with settling cracks in the sheetrock, dated cabinets, flooring, and countertops. We refreshed the entire space with new flooring, lighting, appliances, paint, countertops, and updated finishes to create a bright, modern kitchen that feels brand new.

An empty living room with hardwood floors and a fireplace.

A fresh start for both the family and the home. When this family needed to sell a property to help care for an elderly parent, we were able to purchase the home as-is and handle the entire cleanout, taking one more thing off their plate. From there, we gave the home a complete transformation with fresh, modern finishes and a custom fireplace wall that became the centerpiece of the new space.

Updating the space without losing what made it special. This living room held years of memories and sentimental value for the family, so we gave it a fresh, modern update while preserving the original stone fireplace. By refreshing everything around it and elevating the fireplace as a focal point, we created a space that feels completely new while still honoring a piece of the home’s history.
